How long does World of Illumination take?

Each show takes about 20 to 30 minutes to drive through and experience the full show, depending on traffic volume on the night you attend. We recommend arriving at your ticketed time for the best experience. Weeknights tend to move faster than weekend nights. To make your experience as enjoyable as possible, we recommend coming prepared with snacks and games to keep everyone entertained while waiting.

How does the drive-through work?

Simply arrive at Tempe Diablo Stadium and follow the World of Illumination signs to the entrance. Once you're in, you'll drive through the show at your own pace, stopping to take in the displays along the route. Our team will be on-site to guide you the whole way. When you arrive, watch for staff directions and signage about how to tune in to the synced holiday music — we'll have you set up in seconds.

What are the hours?

World of Illumination Tempe, AZ is open September 30, 2026 through November 1, 2026, Tuesday through Sunday. Gates open at 6:30 PM nightly and the last entry is at 10:30 PM.

How much does it cost?

Tickets start at $39.99 per car and are priced per vehicle, not per person — the price is the same regardless of how many people are in your car. Pricing varies by date, so select your night at checkout to see the exact price for your visit. Buy early for the best rate.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Pets are welcome as long as they remain in your vehicle for the duration of the show. We ask that all pets be kept safely contained and that any noise is kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests.

Can I drive through in a convertible or open-top vehicle?

Yes, convertibles and open-top vehicles are welcome. We actually love them. Just be prepared for the weather and be mindful of other guests when playing your music.

Is there food and drinks available?

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome in your vehicle. There are no on-site concessions at Diablo Stadium, so we recommend arriving fed and ready to glow.

What happens at the venue if it rains?

World of Illumination is a drive-through experience, so a little rain won't stop the show. We operate in most weather conditions. In the rare event that severe weather requires us to cancel or suspend the show, ticketed guests will be notified by email and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Check our website or social media on the day of your visit for any weather-related updates.

Can I take photos and videos?

Absolutely. We encourage it. The best shots come from keeping your window down as you move through the show. Tag us on social media with #WorldofIllumination and you might be featured on our page.
