Are There Vehicle Restrictions?
To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests and team members, certain vehicle restrictions apply at our shows. Our routes include tight turns, narrow clearances, and intricate light displays, so oversized or difficult-to-maneuver vehicles may risk damaging the displays, surrounding property, other vehicles, or the vehicle itself.
Standard passenger vans and cargo vans, including standard-wheelbase Sprinter-style vans, are generally permitted, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Maximum vehicle height: 10 feet
- Must be capable of safely navigating a turn with an approximately 30-foot radius
- Must be able to complete the route without reversing or requiring special assistance
Buses, extended-wheelbase or extended-body vans, trailers, limousines, RVs, vehicles towing trailers, and oversized commercial vehicles are not permitted.
Vehicle capacity alone does not determine eligibility. A 14-passenger van may be permitted if its height, wheelbase, overall dimensions, and maneuverability meet the route requirements.
Our team may redirect or deny entry to any vehicle that exceeds the height or size restrictions, cannot safely navigate the route, or presents a risk to guests, team members, equipment, or property.
If your vehicle is denied entry, our Customer Service team can assist with rescheduling your visit for a date and time when you can attend in a suitable vehicle.
